Opening up to life
The most powerful thing I've learned to say out loud, and to honor.

"I don't know" has been the most powerful thing for me to say out loud and to honor in my life so far.
"I don't have to know" has been the most freeing.
"I don't need to know" is now my most cherished admission.
"I don't know."
Once I stopped trying to know, and stopped trying to figure it all out, I became more open to seeing what life was showing me.
Give it a try. Allow it. Sit with it.
With love,
